Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals in the AI security, ELV, and smart technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share.
Identify and qualify new leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and participation in exhibitions/events.
Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demos for clients.
Understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop solutions and quotations (BOQ/RFQ/RFP).
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to support business strategy.
Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates in CRM.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in ELV, Security Systems, AI-based Solutions, or Smart City technologies.
Strong understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Visitor Management, ANPR, and IoT-based solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B or government sector projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with customized PISM Software
Knowledge of project lifecycle, installation coordination, and civil/electrical pre-requisites.
Familiarity with government RFP/RFQ processes in the GCC region.
Multilingual abilities (Arabic is a plus).
