Job Description: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share - Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders - Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to drive growth - Collaborate with other departments, such as production and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in the construction or manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in the Middle East or international markets - Proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets - Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing and motivating sales teams - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions - Advantage: Proficiency in Chinese language (spoken and written) is highly desirable, as it will enable effective communication with our Chinese clients and partners
