JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients across various industries in UAE.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the market presence.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present tailored staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Job Requirement / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the UAE staffing & outsourcing industry.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
- Strong experience of staffing services or workforce outsourcing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, with strong people management skills.
- Strong understanding of staffing solutions, workforce management, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
