Retailer Outreach & Pitching:
Identify, approach, and pitch our brand portfolio to potential retail partners in your city.
- Onboarding & Setup:
Ensure seamless onboarding of new retailers, including brand orientation, product training, and setting up display.
- Sales Coordination:
Act as the local point of contact for all sales-related coordination between retailers and Design Creation.
- Relationship Management:
Build strong, trust-based relationships with retailers to ensure long-term association and recurring business.
- Performance Tracking:
Monitor monthly retailer sales performance and work with them to optimize results.
- Market Intelligence:
Gather local market trends, competitor insights, and customer feedback to improve positioning and offerings.
- Reporting:
Share regular updates and progress reports with the central team, including challenges and opportunities in the area.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in B2B sales, retail partnerships, or luxury/lifestyle/jewelry segment is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of local language and geography is essential.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and video calling for regular updates.
