Operations Manager (Women's Salon)
Location: Al Rashidiya, Dubai

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in salon or spa management and be knowledgeable in using the Fresha System for appointments, client management, and business reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Supervise and support salon staff, ensuring excellent customer service standards
- Oversee scheduling, appointments, and client management through the Fresha System
- Monitor inventory, supplier relations, and stock control
- Implement and maintain salon policies, procedures, and service quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, budgets, and targets
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and retention
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salon Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in the beauty/wellness industry
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Fresha System
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive, professional work environment
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays, if required
