Job Description:
A fast-growing media and marketing startup in Abu Dhabi is looking for a motivated and organized Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our creative team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks
• Coordinate communication with clients and vendors
• Assist in organizing campaigns, events, and creative shoots
• Support day-to-day office operations and project follow-ups
• Handle documentation, emails, and reporting tasks

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic experience in admin work (experience in media/marketing is a plus)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
