A fast-growing media and marketing startup in Abu Dhabi is looking for a motivated and organized Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our creative team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate communication with clients and vendors
- Assist in organizing campaigns, events, and creative shoots
- Support day-to-day office operations and project follow-ups
- Handle documentation, emails, and reporting tasks

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic experience in admin work (experience in media/marketing is a plus)
