The Site Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects by coordinating activities on-site, managing logistics, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:1. Site Management: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules.
2. Logistics Coordination: Arrange for the delivery and storage of materials, equipment, and personnel.
3. Communication: Facilitate communication between contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and other stakeholders.
4. Scheduling: Coordinate and manage site schedules, including labor, equipment, and material deliveries.
5. Quality Control: Monitor and report on quality control issues, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
6. Safety: Ensure site safety protocols are followed, and report any incidents or hazards.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues.
Requirements:1. Construction experience: Proven experience in construction site management or coordination.
2. Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
