About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with a proven background in real estate to manage and grow our social media presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and driving quality leads through various social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strong social media strategy tailored for the real estate market.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to promote new listings, projects, and company events.
- Manage ad campaigns to drive lead generation and track performance metrics.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep our brand relevant and ahead.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Produce engaging real estate-related content including reels, property teasers, market tips, and behind-the-scenes videos.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms and trends.
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and visual.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate market is a big plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and other digital ad platforms is preferred.
Bonus Skills
- Videography and video editing
- Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools
