About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Attendant to join our SPA team at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- To check and set up the daily operations of the male/female spa according to Jumeirah Saadiyat Island standards.
- To replenish all necessary items in male/female spa promptly.
- To greet the guest upon entering the male/female spa.
- To maintain the water in the male/female spa areas.
- To provide service promptly, courteously and accurately.
- To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.
- To evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Assistant Spa Manager/Head Attendant.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Spa Attendant preferably with an international luxury hospitality company
- Strong customer service orientation
- Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity
- Knowledge in spa treatment and health treatments
- Ability to make guests feel relaxed and provide an immersive wellness experience
