This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of qualified healthcare professionals and support staff. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, healthcare industry knowledge, and compliance with UAE regulatory hiring requirements. The Specialist ensures that staffing needs are met within set timelines, contributing to clinical and operational excellence.
The post holder will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions, from requisition to offer.
- Source healthcare professionals using job portals, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate candidate evaluations.
- Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Liaise with licensing and onboarding teams for credential verification and regulatory approvals.
- Create job advertisements and ensure role visibility through appropriate channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent for critical and high-demand roles.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in applicant tracking systems.
- Support employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Generate recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
- Negotiate salary offers within approved budget and obtain necessary approvals.
- Assist in organizing and participating in career fairs, recruitment drives, and industry events.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes and implement best practices.
Education and Certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP are preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment dynamics in the UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and healthcare licensing requirements.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Understanding of healthcare roles and credentialing standards.
