We are seeking an experienced Statistician to transform raw data into meaningful insights that guide strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement statistical models, methodologies, and experiments.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
- Perform hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop KPIs and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present analytical reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of statistical data.
- Utilize statistical software and programming tools to streamline data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Statistician or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, or Python).
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and data visualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex findings clearly.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with big data platforms and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., healthcare, finance, research, e-commerce).
