Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching & Academic Counselor to join our team. This dual-role position combines classroom teaching with personalized academic counseling, supporting students in achieving their academic and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Deliver engaging and effective lessons in assigned subjects.
✅ Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
✅ Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
✅ Offer individualized academic counseling to students, including study strategies, time management, and course planning.
✅ Identify students’ learning needs and collaborate with staff to create support strategies.
✅ Organize and conduct workshops or small group sessions on academic skills.
✅ Maintain accurate student records and counseling notes.
✅ Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and faculty about student performance and well-being.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field .
- Proven experience in teaching and/or academic counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and support students from diverse backgrounds.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
