We are seeking a qualified Technical Manager with the following profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a Technical Manager role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong background in steel structures for industrial, warehouse, residential, and mixed-use projects
- Proven experience with Abu Dhabi authority submissions (ADM, ADCD, Estidama, ADDC, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of BIM coordination and workflows
- Capable of leading technical coordination and managing design consultants and subcontractors
- Able to support procurement in preparing technical bid packages
- Experience working closely with planning and QS teams on programmes and quantity verification
- Skilled in handling multiple projects at the same time within a design and build environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per month
