Bilingual Telecaller (Arabic & English)
About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who is fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting our services/products, and handling client inquiries in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls in both Arabic and English.
- Explain products/services clearly to customers and address their questions.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM knowledge is a plus).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
