We are a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, actively expanding our team of experienced telecallers to support our sales operations. If you have a background in Dubai’s real estate market and can confidently handle investor inquiries, we want to hear from you!
Role Responsibilities:
- Calling warm and cold leads from company database (off-plan and ready property clients)
- Scheduling viewings and follow-ups for sales agents
- Explaining project details, locations, and payment plans to potential buyers over the phone
- Maintaining accurate lead records in CRM
- Working closely with agents and marketing to optimize lead conversion
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Dubai property locations, developers, and project launches
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian) are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills
- Familiar with CRM systems and lead tracking
