The candidate must speak Fluent Arabic with Tamil or Hindi.
The job location is Al Nahda, Sharjah.
Job Purpose:
- Client acquisition/New Sales - Onboard new Clients through outbound calling; driving sales.
- Client Relationship – Provide support to clients ensuring on time delivery of products.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients for the business by making outbound calls; pitch and sell the services and product lines.
- Forward the interested clients to the respective authority for closing of sales.
- To provide end to end support to clients through the process of order fulfillment and grievance resolution; address and resolve clients distress and issues
- Regularly follow up with prospects and leads through tele-calling for lead conversion
- Successfully convert leads/prospects into customers for the business
- Submit daily report to reporting-in charge on calls made (cold calling, follow-ups)
- Perform other duties as and when assigned

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
