As a Tele Caller, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with potential and existing clients over the phone, promoting our products and services, and converting leads into successful sales. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a positive relationship between our company and its customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive nature, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully. Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Answer questions about products, services, or the company's policies clearly.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
- Address any customer queries or concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain customer information and records of calls through the CRM system.
- Develop scripts for telephonic conversations with potential and existing clients.
- Keep up with product and service information to effectively engage in conversations.
- Follow up with customers for feedback or further assistance post-call interactions.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and call goals set by the management.
- Assist in market research activities through telephonic surveys and customer feedback collection.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a tele-caller or similar customer service role is preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle tasks efficiently.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or during challenging calls.
- Highly self-motivated with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software for record-keeping purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns tactfully and effectively.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and paradigms in a fast-evolving market.
