Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, customer support, sales, and communication activities on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote the firm’s legal services
- Generate and qualify leads, and schedule consultations
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
- Meet assigned targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
- Excellent English Commuication skills, Arabic & Urdu/Hindi preferred.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service in the home country, UAE experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Bachelors or equivalent degree.
- Must based in UAE
- Females preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 2,500 - 3500 per month
- Other benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law
