Job Description:
Cezcon Solutions LLC, a growing provider of software solutions in the UAE, is looking to hire a Tele calling Sales Executive. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in software sales. Basic knowledge of CRM applications will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote software solutions and generate leads
- Follow up with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Schedule product demos or meetings for the customers
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up status
- Coordinate closely with the internal sales and technical teams
- Meet daily/weekly tele calling and lead generation targets
Skills & Experience Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in tele calling or tele sales
- Familiarity with software solutions or CRM applications is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and general digital tools
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam.
- Nationality: Indians preferred
- Immediate joiners required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: AED 2,500.00 – AED 3,000.00
