FirstPoint Group is expanding its Maintenance Division and looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity not only to drive sales in maintenance services but also to onboard leads for Interior Design and Renovation projects, with the potential to earn high commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote maintenance services
- Convert leads into confirmed projects for both maintenance and interior design/renovation divisions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize revenue from every client interaction
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven telesales or call center experience, preferably in maintenance/FM or related fields
- We prefer candidates who already have good experience in telesales/calling or in the same industry
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Previous experience in generating leads for interior design/renovation is a plus
