About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Tele sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and setting appointments for our property consultants. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, investors, and tenants.
- Promote current real estate listings, off-plan projects, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong database of leads through CRM updates.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements and buying potential.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on real estate projects, market trends, and locations.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion KPIs.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about properties and services offered.
- Collaborate closely with property consultants and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and lead conversions.
- Provide feedback to improve scripts and call quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or call center operations (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or real estate is a plus.
