We are a well-established company with over 19 years of experience in the Signage, Graphics, and Display Solutions industry, with offices located in Dubai and Florida. We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, social media outreach, and various online platforms.
- Identify potential customers, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
- Use prepared scripts to explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and emphasize the value of our offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and communications in the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven success in tele sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
- Experience in signage, advertising, or printing industries is a strong advantage.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in outbound sales or call center environments is preferred.
- Confident, resilient, and able to handle objections and rejection effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
Education and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tele sales or lead generation roles.
