Job Title: TimekeeperJob Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Timekeeper to manage and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave in accordance with company policies and labor regulations. With a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in timekeeping or payroll coordination—preferably in the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors—the ideal candidate will support HR and project management by ensuring timely and precise workforce data for payroll processing, resource planning, and compliance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Time Tracking
- Record and monitor employee working hours, overtime, breaks, and absences on a daily basis using manual registers, biometric systems, or timekeeping software.
- Attendance Verification
Verify attendance logs against shift schedules and report discrepancies or irregularities to HR or project supervisors.
- Payroll Support
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly attendance summaries to the payroll department to ensure timely salary processing.Coordinate with supervisors to manage shift schedules, rotations, and adjustments while keeping accurate rosters up to date.Track sick leaves, annual leaves, and other approved absences, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.Liaise with site engineers, foremen, and HR personnel to ensure timely reporting of manpower presence and productivity across multiple work locations if necessary.Maintain secure and organized timekeeping records for audit and legal compliance, including digital and physical files.Generate daily and weekly manpower reports, including timesheets and summaries for management review.Qualifications & Skills:

- Good understanding of labor laws, overtime rules, and company policies
- Strong numerical, organizational, and clerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-site, or project-based environments
