Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Training Coordinator / Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and administration of training programs and related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training programs and workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
- Liaise with trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
- Prepare and distribute training materials and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the training team.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in training coordination or administration is preferred.
- Preferred: Experience with Adobe applications (e.g., Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign).
