Travel Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong experience in booking travel arrangements to join our team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and manage domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transportation)
- Provide general administrative support to management and team
- Handle scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Maintain organized filing systems and records
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong knowledge of travel coordination and logistics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Currently based in the UAE
- Holding own visa (husband-sponsored or Golden Visa)
