Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our GCC outbound travel business. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B and B2C sales experience, deep knowledge of GCC travel markets, and a passion for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies for GCC markets
- Build and manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and key partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution and lead conversion
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
