Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and maintaining the turnover and completions database system (e.g., Aconex, WinPCS, Omega CMS, or other completions management systems) used to track, monitor, and document the mechanical completion and turnover process of construction projects. This role ensures that project data is accurately recorded, updated, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders for a smooth transition from construction to commissioning.
- Administer and maintain the project completions/turnover system and ensure all data is correctly entered, updated, and validated.
- Collaborate with construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and engineering teams to track the progress of system and subsystem completion.
- Ensure that all turnover documentation (ITRs, punch lists, test packs, as-builts, etc.) is properly logged, indexed, and retrievable in the system.
- Support the creation, registration, and tracking of Mechanical Completion (MC), Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning certificates.
- Generate reports and dashboards on turnover progress for management and client review.
- Provide system training and user support for project staff as required.
- Coordinate with document control to ensure integration between turnover documentation and other project records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or data issues in the turnover system.
- Assist with audits and verification processes related to turnover documentation.
- Support handover packages and final dossiers preparation in compliance with project and client requirements.

Expected:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (or relevant industry experience).
- Experience working in oil & gas construction or EPC/EPCM project environments.
- Proficient in completions management systems such as WinPCS, Omega CMS, Aconex, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning workflows.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Understanding of project turnover, documentation control, and QA/QC processes.
- Previous experience in a Turnover System Administrator or Completions Coordinator role.
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO).
- Experience in large-scale oil & gas projects (onshore/offshore).
