We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks as well as general administrative duties to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist in monthly closing and year-end audit preparations.
- Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation.
- Oversee administrative activities including office supplies, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Support management with ad hoc reporting and tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of accounting experience in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be currently based in Dubai.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of administrative best practices.
- Experience with payroll and HR coordination is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
