Waitress (Female)
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and friendly Female Waitress to join our café team at Sunny Wellness and Medical Center. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in café operations, with skills in preparing coffee and light snacks, and should be familiar with serving Arab clients. The waitress will ensure exceptional customer service and help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and ensure timely service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) and light snacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the café seating and service counters.
- Provide information to clients about menu offerings and daily specials.
- Ensure all orders are accurately prepared and served to the highest standard.
- Assist in restocking inventory, including coffee supplies, snacks, and other café items.
- Handle customer feedback or concerns politely, resolving issues or escalating them to management when necessary.
- Understand the preferences of Arab clients and provide personalized service accordingly.
- Support in basic food preparation and packaging when needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and cleanliness.
Key Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken) is required.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a café, restaurant, or similar food service environment.
- Knowledge of preparing coffee and other beverages.
- Familiarity with serving Arab clients and understanding cultural preferences.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional attitude.
