Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development.
- Handle performance management and employee evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation planning.
- Address employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures.
- Foster a positive working environment and culture.
- Maintain HR records and reports using HR systems.
- Advise management on human resource best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a managerial or senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience in a similar industry or fast-paced company environment.
