- Oversee daily operations in OPD, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient services.
- Manage clinic schedules, physician rosters and patient flow.
- Ensure compliance with DOH, SEHA and hospital policies.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as patient wait times, satisfaction, and service volumes.
- Coordinate with nursing, medical and administrative departments to resolve issues and enhance patient experience.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives within the OPD.
- Supervise, evaluate and support OPD staff including administrative and clinical coordinator.
Education
minimum bachelor’s degree in medical, Nursing, and allied health.
With project management or lean six sigma certification or leadership and management training courses.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and tam management.
- Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulations (DOH & Daman), Patent safety and accreditation standards.
- Ability to analyse data and reports to drive performance improvements.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
