Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be fluent or proficient in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately on both keyboard and mobile devices in both languages. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Type and transcribe documents efficiently in Arabic and English (keyboard/mobile).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Run errands and assist with personal tasks as needed.
- Maintain filing systems and manage databases.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is a strong plus.
- Fast and accurate typing skills in both Arabic and English (keyboard and mobile).
- Proven experience (1–2 years) as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role in the UAE.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and common communication tools (WhatsApp, Gmail, etc.).
- Discreet, reliable, and professional demeanor.
