Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Project-Based (International Sites) | Full-Time
Job Purpose:
To lead the planning, coordination, execution, and completion of projects across international locations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different countries or regions
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants
- Assign responsibilities and ensure accountability across team members
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with Design, Estimation, Procurement, and QA/QC departments
Site Supervision & Execution
- Monitor daily site operations and resolve any technical or execution issues
- Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and local authorities
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and action plans
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery
Commercial & Contract Management
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Approve vendor/subcontractor payments based on milestones or work completion
- Identify and manage variations or scope changes
Quality, Health & Safety Compliance
- Enforce company HSE policies and project-specific safety requirements
- Ensure proper documentation of inspections, quality audits, and incident reports
- Promote a safety-first culture on all project sites
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Structural / Electrical Engineering
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
- 7–12 years of project management experience in construction, steel, or MEP industries
- Experience in managing international or multi-country projects
- Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to travel and relocate as per project needs
