As a Real Estate Telesales Representative, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via phone to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about available properties and guide clients through the home-buying process.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with our team of agents to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience.
- Make a minimum of 200 cold calls per day.
- Submit daily performance reports.
- Stage and present living spaces to potential buyers.
- Advertise and market available properties effectively.
- Proactively search for and reach out to new prospects.
- Understand clients' criteria and match them with suitable properties.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in real estate telesales or customer service.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
