Royal Master Management Consultancy & Training Institute is seeking a Training Manager with strong training and administrative skills to lead and develop our training programs in line with UAE governmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the annual training plan.
- Design and improve training programs in various administrative and professional fields.
- Coordinate with trainers and official accreditation bodies inside and outside the UAE.
- Ensure quality control and continuous development of training materials.
- Deliver training sessions in both Arabic and English when needed.
- Manage training-related licensing and accreditation requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management.
- Able to use different governmanet platforms to upload the training needs requirments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the training sector within the UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excelent at using Microsoft word, Excell and power point
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Has Driving Licence and car for mobility from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and other emirates if required .

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
