Job Description
- Active support of the Director Logistics and the entire team in all administrative and organizational matters
- Central contact person for the entire department on the topic of Office Management
- Monitoring and processing of the time recording system
- Business travel management
- Organization of meetings, visits and events including preparation and follow-up of these events
- Preparation of documents (presentations, reports, minutes, organizational charts, etc.), as well as processing workflows of relevant business processes
- Lean Administration: Actively contributing ideas to optimize and streamline administrative processes
Job Requirements
- Completed commercial training
- Relevant professional experience
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Previous knowledge in the area of "Lean Administration" is an advantage
- German and English, spoken and written, other foreign languages are an advantage
