Job Key Details

Publish financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system
Generate and submit customer invoices
Reply to emails and handle appointments
Carry out all necessary account, bank as well as other reconciliations
Handle and maintain the manager’s diary as well as email account
Undertake book keeping activities
Respond to telephone calls and provide requisite information
Prepare correspondence, reports as well as other documents as requested by the manager
Make sure the mail registration procedure is adhered to for all incoming mails
Responsible for payroll preparation and statutory payments
Undertake month end reporting activities
Give financial information to the management as and when required
Maintain proper house-keeping as well as conducive working environment
Prepare and maintain accounting as well as finance spreadsheets
Arrange and maintain efficient filing and retrieval system
Perform any other assigned task

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or its equivalent
Practical experience in the same or similar role required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be able to meet schedules as well as deadlines of the work area
Expertise in Ms Office suite including the ability to use the accounting software
Must have a positive attitude and able to interact well with the clients or visitors
Should be smart and presentable with an outgoing personality
