Hiring a Customer service Supervisor for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions.
Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle escalated customer support issues through live chat and other online tools.
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Ensure those customer support agents are informed about changes to company products and services or any other important information regarding company services.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Analyze statistics and check the quality of answers provided by customer support agents.
Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
Train and mentor new customer service agents.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder.
Three year experience in customer service managing role.
Proficient in English with clear and logical communication in the language.
Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceed beyond expectation.
High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
