French Speaking Sales Coordinator

Our Engineering and Manufacturing team is seeking a sales support executive who will lead all sales coordination related activities for the sales team.

You will be responsible for responding to sales queries, preparing sales quotations, BoQ's , following up on sales orders, assisting in the preparation of contracts, coordinating order with the logistics team and payment follow up.

You will manage the supplier order process, follow up on progress and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant Diploma is ideal

Knowledge of the construction or oil and gas industry would be an added advantage

The incumbent must have prior experience in a similar capacity, assisting the sales team with hands-on experience in ERP (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft etc.)

Practical experience in documentation, letter of credits and strong verbal and written communication is must.

You are a self-starter, reliable and well organized individual.

Ideal Age Range: 23 - 35 years
