Job Key Details:
Respond to questions and address complaints
Oversee management of corporate and project document control
Reply to all incoming calls and forward them if necessary
Draft outgoing mail through drafting correspondence
Handle and control project’s document database
Maintain the cleanness of front desk tidy
Manage business contacts as well as confidential documents
Maintain updated records and files
Handle document of internal and external origin
Screen and forward emails
Collect and record incoming hand deliveries, mail as well as correspondences
Document and direct all customer queries and requests for customer service information

Job Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Records Management or its equivalent
Demonstrated experience in the same or similar position
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Good Ms Office suite including good typing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
