Job Summary

Urgently required for a food production company in Dubai - Administrator -

The receptionist duties will be as follows:

  • Taking Care of the front desk and coordinating with other staff
  • Liaising with suppliers and vendors
  • Maintaining and managing customer & supplier records
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Perfect telephone manner.
  • Liaising with customers, taking orders etc
  • Good Experience with Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Etc)
  • Taking payments and managing inventory
  • Develop and coordinate daily factory activities

Required experience:

  • Preferably with F&B or Food production industry background

Required language:

  • English (preferable)

MUST BE WILLING TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY
