The candidate who is:

  • Experience with cosmetics or skincare is preferred.
  • Target oriented and self-motivated.
  • Social Media Use
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel | Word | PowerPoint
  • Male or Female no preference.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy;
  • Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors Retail as well as E-Commerce platforms;
  • Creates marketing and social media campaigns | strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules to boost E-commerce business;
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written) to promote the company's E-Commerce Platforms;
  • Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews;
  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review;
  • Design, create and manage promotions on E-Commerce; further promote them via Social ad campaigns;
  • Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies;
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content;
  • Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page, and blog content, or social media messages;
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information;
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies;
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI);
  • Collects customer data and analyses interactions, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns;
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns;
  • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results;
  • E-commerce platform communications (Request, Complain, Troubleshoot Issues);
  • Product Management on E-commerce platforms (Upload, Modify and Maintain);
  • Processing Sales and E-Commerce orders;
  • Work along with Influencers, Micro | Macro Influencers for Product promotion and sales.
