Software Sales and Business Development Executive - Dubai

We are looking for a Sr. IT Sales and Business Development Executive with 8-12 years UAE experience, who has specialized experience in the Software Solution market in UAE and the Middle East, including Software Development, AWS and Azure Cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence, Mobile Application, Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, ChatBots & Field Force Management Applications

Responsibilities and Duties*

- Deep understanding of the software solutions and products within UAE and Middle East,

- with business sales confirmed experience of this market and organization

- In charge of developing new business with Small and Medium Business accounts.

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

- Promote the company’s services and predicting clients’ expectations and customize the sales pitch according to the client.

  • Conduct presentations to educate clients about the software solutions proposed by the company

- Develop a sustainable strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Develop long-term professional relationships with new clients while maintaining a good rapport with existing clients.

- Conduct market research to identify new markets, new technologies and customer needs.

- Provide necessary information to prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to the client’s requirement.

- Carry on continuous follow-ups and coordination with the client and the IT team member until the project gets completed

- Provide after-sales support by solving ad-hoc issues of the client.

- Ensure a smooth functioning and successful completion of projects.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

- Software/IT engineer graduated with experience in the software integration field in UAE and Middle East region

- Proven track records in Sales & Marketing field – minimum 8 years in UAE is a MUST.

- Knowledge and experience on the sales of the Software & new technologies such as , software solutions, Web development, SaS, Cloud solution is a MUST.

- Business communication skills is a MUST.

- Fluency in English is a MUST. Fluency in Arabic and will be advantageous.

- Proven track records in a IT Projects experience

- Should be strong in negotiations.

- Should have an outgoing personality with professional etiquette.

- Business result and target oriented position
