ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcoming customers to the premises in a warm manner and escorting them to their seats.

Presenting menus to customers and making suggestions.

Accepting payments customer's payments and issuing bills.

Responding to customer concerns and queries.

Taking customers' orders and relying them to kitchen staff.
