Clears doubts from internal and external clients regarding credit policies and their application

Integrate and send files for digital and physical delivery by parcel.

Control and verify orders for branch supplies, as well as their actual inventory.

Ensures that 100% of the workload is captured and processed in a timely manner.

Job Experience:

Studies: High school completed or administrative career truncated or completed

1 year of experience preferably in secretarial, assistant, customer service, administrative assistant or similar position

Knowledge in basic office package, office tools. Handling of documentation / files.

Skills: Easy to speak, excellent spelling, with high drive, work under pressure, punctual, organized, experience in capture, customer service orientation, analytical, self-directed.
