We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Accounting cum HR Staff member to join our growing team at a professional training institute in Abu Dhabi. This is a dual-role position requiring strong skills in both accounting and human resource management.
Job Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling the day-to-day financial transactions of the institute, as well as managing essential HR functions such as employee records, recruitment coordination, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits.
- Handle invoicing, receipts, and petty cash.
- Ensure VAT compliance and accurate tax filing.
Human Resources:
- Maintain and update employee files and records.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and payroll support.
- Ensure HR policies comply with UAE labor laws.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and office management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Preferably available to join immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
