Key Responsibilities:
- CAFM System Management: Serve as the primary administrator for the CAFM system; raise, assign, and track all service requests to completion.
- Performance & Reporting: Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to monitor operational efficiency and identify trends.
- KPI/SLA Compliance: Ensure all facility management activities meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through meticulous data accuracy and reporting.
- Subcontractor Management: Oversee and coordinate with subcontractors and service providers, ensuring their performance aligns with contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Utilize CAFM data to recommend and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the Facility Management sector.
- Hands-on experience with the operation and management of a CAFM or CMMS platform is essential.
- Formal technical qualification coupled with a strong grasp of FM operational standards.
- Proven track record in effectively managing subcontractors and third-party vendors.
