Ideally you’ll have worked in a startup environment before, preferably in tech or legal. Or you are a truly exceptional candidate with real motivation and a record of very high achievement. Sometimes we do take a chance on people but you must be able to evidence your character and abilities (so if you’ve just graduated it'll be from a top university and you’ll have won competitions, or competed in sport at an elite level, or built something incredible, or all three).
This role can be part time/fractional.
You should be able to travel to Dubai if required.

Experience
- You will ideally have worked in a start up before – ideally VC backed
- You will have experience of hiring across a range of roles – especially tech
- Experience in the legal industry is a bonus
Responsibilities
The role will initially be all about hiring, and will then adapt as the business grows.
- Designing our recruitment process and feedback loops.
- Advising on job titles and salaries
- Creating job specs
- Sourcing candidates for interview
- Advising on candidate selection/interview selection
- Managing any staff issues
- Acting as the CEO’s right-hand man/woman – assisting with the preparation of documents for shareholders/investors, carrying out research, assisting with strategy, as required.
- Acting as a ‘gap-filler’ to step into problem solving/tasks as required – during the start up stage flexibility is critical

Pay: From AED25,000.00 per month
