Job Title: CRM Manager

The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s Customer Relationship Management strategy, ensuring smooth implementation, optimization, and integration of CRM tools with existing systems. This role involves managing customer data, improving customer engagement, designing automated campaigns, and enhancing client retention and satisfaction through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s CRM strategy to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
- Manage CRM platform implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and complete customer information.
- Segment customer database and design personalized campaigns to improve conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer communication.
- Analyze CRM data to track campaign performance, customer behavior, and business insights.
- Automate workflows (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, follow-ups).
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM usage and best practices.
- Ensure CRM integrates smoothly with booking systems, call center solutions, and other business tools.
- Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, customer satisfaction, repeat visit rate, and lifetime value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar role (preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, or service industry).
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, SimplyBook.me integration).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage customer data and use it for strategic marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing automation, customer segmentation, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, DHA standards if healthcare).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, medical centers, or aesthetics industry.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
