Key Responsibilities
- Identify client needs and financial goals through consultations
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis for pricing and investment guidance
- Organize and conduct property viewings, showcasing value propositions
- Negotiate sales, leases, and contract terms with clients and developers
- Prepare and review transaction documents: MOUs, sale agreements, lease contracts
- Manage inquiries, lead generation, and CRM data entry
- Maintain knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations (RERA, RICS)
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and monitor market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, back office)
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1–3+ years in real estate consulting, preferably within UAE or Dubai market
- RERA certification (Dubai real estate license) necessary or highly valued
- UAE driving license & personal vehicle are often required
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems, property portals, and MS Office
- Analytical mindset for market research and investment assessments
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to meet targets and deadlines
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
Experience & Expertise
- Demonstrated success in closing deals—residential, commercial, or off-plan properties
- Background working with agencies or developers in Dubai's real estate market
- Familiarity with Dubai legal processes, documentation (e.g., Ejari, DEWA processes, developer MOU)
